Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth in the assigned territory.

Under general supervision, you will maintain existing customers and coordinate sales activities with staff and customers to meet short- and long-term sales objectives. The role requires travel to customer facilities, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and collaboration with sales staff and clients.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers and potential customers’ facilities to provide information and support to secure and maintain business.
• Establish and develop relationships with customers to maximize profitability.
• Sell Wismettac products to customers in the assigned territory.
• Grow business by anticipating customer needs and offering solutions with high service levels.
• Communicate plans and price adjustments per management instructions.
• Submit sales activity reports and assist in business and product planning.
