Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Rep I in New Jersey to handle outbound calls from existing customers, generate sales by marketing product lines, manage new and existing customer accounts, negotiate, and maintain relationships.

Under general supervision, the role requires understanding customer needs, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales growth while building strong business relationships. Mandarin / English bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls to existing customers to drive sales.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge are required.
• Ability to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records including contracts and inventory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls and generate sales by marketing company product lines.
• Manage new and existing customer accounts and negotiate terms.
• Provide pricing, delivery, inventory information and cross-match options to customers.
• Work to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and grow revenue.
• Stay informed on product lines and market needs; suggest alternatives when items are out of stock.
• Maintain professional relationships and communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
