Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow existing customers and develop new ones in collaboration with Territory Sales Managers and clients.

The role includes a base compensation with commission and bonus, and requires an Associates degree or 2-5 years of sales experience in a call center environment. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and/or 2-5 years sales experience in a Call Center.
• Experience working with distributors, end users and manufacturers' rep groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and create new customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Increase customer satisfaction by collaborating with Territory Sales Managers, clients and team.
• Develop rapport and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Articulate ideas clearly and resolve customer issues.
