Job summary

TriStar is looking for energetic Inside Sales Representatives for its Phoenix location. This role involves generating revenue by soliciting new and existing customers through phone communication, assessing competitors, and developing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient with CRM tools.

Offering a competitive base salary between $35,000 and $45,000 plus commissions. Employees will benefit from an employee benefit program that includes a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or Inside Sales Experience preferred.
• Experience working with a CRM like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders.
• Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Close new accounts by answering inquiries via telephone, fax, and e-mail.
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions.
