Job summary

CODAN USA Corporation is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support growth across U.S. hospital, EMS, specialty-care, and distribution markets. This hands-on sales role will focus on prospecting, lead qualification, account development, customer and distributor support, and opportunity follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, customer service or related roles.
• B2B healthcare/medical device/distribution experience preferred.
• CRM experience; MS Dynamics 365 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and develop new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and follow up on quotations, samples and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
• Support regional managers with new accounts and growth.
• Coordinate pricing, product information, samples and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Support campaigns, product launches and market research.
