Job summary

CODAN USA Corporation is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build and lead our inside sales function and support growth across U.S. hospital, EMS, specialty-care, and distribution markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role based on-site in Santa Ana, CA, responsible for developing the inside sales team, creating sales opportunities, and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, sales operations, customer service, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, coaching, or team-development experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B sales strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Experience using CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team.
• Establish effective processes for lead generation, qualification, prospecting, quoting, follow-up, and opportunity management.
• Develop new business with hospitals, health systems, EMS agencies, healthcare facilities, and distributors.
• Support Regional Sales Managers with lead qualification, account development, and opportunity handoff.
• Manage and grow relationships with key distributors and customers.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate inactive accounts and expand existing business.
• Manage CRM activity, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Coordinate customer inquiries, product evaluations, samples, quotations, and follow-up.
• Partner with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns, product launches, and customer communications.
• Oversee inbound sales inquiries and online-store activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to resolve customer needs and support business growth.
• Monitor key sales metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, new accounts, distributor growth, and customer follow-up.
