Job summary

HOLT CAT is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Cat Compact location in North Dallas. You will develop, qualify, and maintain contact with new and existing customers to achieve rental, sales, and service revenue goals while delivering Legendary Customer Service.

You will act as the single point of contact for Cat Compact customers, collaborate with internal resources, manage accounts, track forecasts, and submit timely reports to help grow the customer base and meet company objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of three years' related experience; three to five years preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Cat Compact customers and provide solutions.
• Develop and qualify leads; expand customer base to meet goals.
• Manage customer accounts with regular touchpoints and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Promote parts, service, and warranties to customers.
