• Lead Generation: prospect ~1–2 hours daily; obtain referrals; build community relationships; present family-focused presentations; track activity.
• Build Relationships with Families: respond to inquiries; listen actively; understand family needs; follow up on problems and requests; educate on pre-planning benefits.
• Teamwork: collaborate with funeral directors and other staff; review past services; support current needs and sales; share family concerns with SCI team.
