Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer satisfaction and regional sales growth. You will manage quotes, process orders, and partner with outside sales, purchasing, and operations to meet revenue and gross profit goals.

The role requires 1–3 years in inside sales or distribution, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. We offer a competitive base salary with incentives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years inside sales, customer service, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience in construction supply or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems; Eclipse experience preferred.
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for pricing, availability, orders, and project support.
• Process quotes and sales orders accurately through the ERP system.
• Build customer relationships through responsive communication and service.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet goals.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and outside sales teams.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and participate in training.
