Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Review equipment requests and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate rental rates in line with pricing policies.
• Identify leads for new business and notify field personnel.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate solutions with other staff.
• Communicate delivery needs promptly to Logistics Manager/Dispatcher.
• Call on lost or dormant accounts to generate business.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
