Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate revenue and build strong customer relationships throughout the rental process. You will identify customer needs, recommend equipment solutions, and manage new and existing accounts with a focus on service quality.

The role is approximately 80% office-based and 20% in the yard, with cross-training opportunities across Dispatch and Rental operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand equipment needs and recommend rental solutions.
• Use suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase revenue and expand customer orders.
• Proactively identify and open new customer accounts.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Document leads and activities in Salesforce and coordinate with Outside Sales.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Yard, and Service to meet customer expectations.
