Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more of related experience preferred.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and unit conversions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical or general publications.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Supports Outside Sales with customer orders.
• Determines type of merchandise by familiarizing with products and catalogs.
• Uses Eclipse program for pricing and order entry.
• Estimates delivery date based on delivery schedule.
• Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Describes/demonstrates products using samples or catalogs showing features and benefits.
• Sells and promotes branch and company-wide promotions as directed.
