Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring to support contractors with electrical products and services across the Southeast. The role emphasizes accurate pricing, order entry, and strong customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

You'll handle merchandise selection, delivery scheduling, and resolving order issues while promoting promotions and services. Candidates should have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with basic electrical knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic electrical product knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Determines type of merchandise by familiarizing with products and using catalogs.
• Uses Eclipse program for pricing and entry of orders.
• Prepares cash or charge sales tickets with required ID and processing information.
• Estimates delivery dates based on company delivery schedule.
• Pulls and loads customer materials as needed.
• Resolves customer and coworker issues with diplomacy and seeks management assistance when needed.
• Describes/demonstrates products using samples or catalogs showing features and benefits.
• Sells and promotes branch and company promotions as directed.
