Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a customer-oriented associate to support Outside Sales with orders and product recommendations across the southeast region. The role requires basic math, strong communication, and familiarity with catalogs and pricing tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical or business documents.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic electrical product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Outside Sales with customer orders.
• Determines merchandise type by product knowledge and catalogs.
• Uses Eclipse program for pricing and order entry.
• Estimates delivery dates based on the company schedule.
• Resolves customer order problems promptly.
• Demonstrates products using samples or catalogs.
• Promotes branch and company-wide promotions.
