The role requires a high school diploma and basic math and communication skills, with opportunities for growth within a large electrical distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more of related experience.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform math functions including discounts, percentages, and unit conversions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical or business documents.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports Outside Sales with customer orders.
• Determines type of merchandise by familiarizing with products and catalogs.
• Uses Eclipse for pricing and order entry.
• Estimates delivery dates based on schedule knowledge.
• Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Describes products using samples or catalogs showing features and benefits.
• Promotes branch and company-wide promotions as directed.
