Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Oklahoma City to support Outside Sales, process orders, and provide product guidance. You’ll utilize vendor catalogs and the Eclipse system for pricing and entry, estimate delivery times, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, effective communication, and basic math skills, with office/warehouse environment exposure. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with basic math and communication skills.
• Six months+ related experience in sales support or inside sales.
• Experience selling automation products (industrial controls, sensors, HMI, PLCs) is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and use vendor catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Supports Outside Sales with customer orders and inquiries.
• Familiarizes with products and vendor catalogs to determine merchandise types.
• Uses Eclipse for pricing and order entry.
• Estimates delivery dates based on delivery schedule.
• Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Describes products using samples and catalogs; promotes promotions.
