The role requires experience in inside sales, knowledge of electrical products, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and bills of materials. Based in Norcross, GA, you will manage CRM records, respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and collaborate with manufacturers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in electrical or technical products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of electrical products and industry trends.
• Technical aptitude for interpreting drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Analytical skills to extract and synthesize information from technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers to present electrical products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs to identify customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Serve as the inside sales representative for assigned manufacturers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with manufacturer partners as their internal liaison.
• Communicate new product launches, pricing updates, and strategic initiatives from manufacturers to the internal sales team.
• Monitor and report on manufacturer performance, market positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on training opportunities, promotional campaigns, and sales support materials.
