Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Atlanta, GA to serve as frontline support for customers, answer inquiries, process orders, and recommend products. You will collaborate with outside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure excellent service and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in inside sales or customer service in the electrical supply industry, with strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years inside sales or customer service in electrical supply or construction.
• Knowledge of wiring, conduit, breakers, lighting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with inventory/order management systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and walk-ins with product selection, pricing, and availability.
• Process quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide technical product support and cross-reference items as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, electricians and purchasing agents.
• Collaborate with outside sales reps to support key accounts and project opportunities.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
• Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
