Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers to present electrical products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in emails, quotes, and proposals.
• Process orders, returns, etc.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and bills of material to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Extract critical information from project documentation to ensure accurate product selection and pricing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and inside sales representative for assigned manufacturers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with manufacturer partners, serving as their internal advocate and liaison.
• Communicate new product launches, pricing updates, and strategic initiatives from manufacturers to internal sales team.
• Monitor and report on manufacturer performance, market positioning, and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on training opportunities, promotional campaigns, and sales support materials.
