Biben Sales is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving growth. You will engage with electrical distributors, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and support orders from inquiry through fulfillment.

You’ll collaborate with manufacturers and our outside sales team to identify opportunities, deliver exceptional service, and expand existing accounts while maintaining accuracy and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support within electrical distribution or related industries.
• Familiarity with electrical supply products and distribution channel is a plus.
• Experience preparing product quotations and pricing project BOMs.

Aufgaben

• Build customer relationships: develop strong relationships with distributors and their teams.
• Deliver exceptional service: respond to inquiries by phone and email with accurate information and timely follow-up.
• Drive sales growth: identify customer needs, recommend products, pursue opportunities within existing accounts.
• Quote with confidence: prepare accurate and timely quotations for electrical products including projects and stock inquiries.
• Collaborate with outside sales: work with outside representatives to identify prospects and follow up.
• Work with manufacturers: coordinate with manufacturers on pricing, availability, and solutions for customers.
• Manage multiple priorities: coordinate requests, quotations, orders and follow-ups with accuracy and organization.
• Support the entire sales process: assist customers before, during and after the sale to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop new business: participate in prospecting activities, trade shows, and outbound calls to uncover new customers.
• Contribute to the team: communicate effectively with inside/outside sales and other departments to deliver results.
