Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries.
• Provide knowledgeable support on electrical products, materials, and applications.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and pricing requests.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, electricians, and vendors.
• Recommend products, upsell solutions, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist walk in customers at the sales counter.
• Resolve customer issues, returns, and product questions promptly.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry trends.
