Job summary

Rexel USA is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the Fort Worth, TX area. The role focuses on proactive inside sales, maintaining customer relationships, processing quotes, and driving profitable growth through product knowledge and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with outside sales, utilize digital tools, and pursue new accounts while supporting existing customers. This position requires 2+ years in customer service or sales within electrical distribution and strong

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
High School or GED required.
Ability to handle basic/intermediate issues and problems.
Strong knowledge of products and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specifications, and payment terms.
Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
Use company digital tools to sell, market, demonstrate products, answer questions, and increase business.
Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory.
Manage a defined customer base and establish and maintain customer relationships.
Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify objectives, requirements, and preferences; close orders and resolve issues.
Process product quotations/proposals and provide continuous follow up throughout the purchasing cycle.
Gather and report market information to management.
Participate in product meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge.
Pursue product applications utilizing internal resources and vendor reps.
