Job summary

You will multi-task, build relationships, and drive branch growth. The role requires relationship-building and exceptional customer service skills, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process rental quotations, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Negotiate prices on equipment rentals and contractor supplies per policies.
• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer delivery expectations.
• Generate leads for new business and communicate with Outside Sales Representatives.
• Warm call on lost or dormant accounts to retain business.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom stocked with merchandise.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
