Daxer Tool is an Huntington Beach, CA-based industrial distributor serving CNC shops with cutting tools, workholding, abrasives, measuring tools, and related supplies. We seek an Inside Sales Representative who will source products, prepare quotes, process orders, and build strong customer relationships.

This role emphasizes problem solving over cold-calling, with training provided in ERP and product knowledge. Prior experience in tooling or manufacturing is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience with cutting tools or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Ability to learn ERP and product specs.
• Strong communication and research skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer calls and emails.
• Handle RFQs and product inquiries.
• Prepare customer quotes and follow up on opportunities.
• Process customer orders and check pricing/inventory.
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Develop relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand sales within accounts.
• Provide fast, professional customer service.
