Daxer Tool is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Huntington Beach, CA. This full-time, on-site role focuses on customer support, quotes, and order processing for cutting tools and industrial supplies.

You will engage with customers, sources tooling solutions, and collaborate with suppliers while building relationships. Prior tooling or manufacturing experience is valuable, but we will train the right candidate. Growth opportunities are available within the sales team.

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing sales or support roles.
• Willingness to learn cutting tools and industrial products.
• Not a call-center or high-pressure cold-calling position; training provided.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer calls and emails.
• Prepare customer quotes and RFQs; follow up on quotes and opportunities.
• Process orders and manage pricing, inventory, and lead times.
• Research products and manufacturers; cross-reference and source alternatives.
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers; build customer relationships.
