Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Respond to inquiries, process orders, and provide pricing, delivery information.
• Support sales by identifying needs, generating quotes, and following up on opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain relationships with customers through consistent communication and service.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and sales for accurate order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
• Investigate and resolve order, shipment, billing, or product availability issues.
• Enter and maintain customer, order, and sales information in company systems.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to customer accounts and sales activities.
• Assist with account management and customer retention initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
