Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC in Idaho is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through phone, email, and CRM-driven outreach. You will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales within assigned territories while following a structured sales process.

Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Service Teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, meet or exceed quotas, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound and/or makes outbound telephone calls to sell pest control services.
• Promotes the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers.
• Implements effective sales techniques to convert sales opportunities with a high rate of efficiency. Converts leads at a minimum of 60%.
• Upholds the high standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, especially when interacting with customers.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge and understanding of product coverage for application in every business transaction.
