Pro Turf Pro Pest is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and close sales for lawn care, pest control, and other services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Promote and sell PTPP products/services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
