Pro Turf Pro Pest (PTPP) seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center. You will engage customers, understand needs, recommend solutions, and close sales, contributing to a customer-focused, collaborative team environment.

You will promote lawn care, pest control, tree/shrub care, and related services while maintaining CRM records and following up on leads. The role emphasizes meeting sales targets and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain focused and motivated in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software.
• A positive and proactive approach to learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Effectively promote and sell PTPP products/services (lawn care, pest control, tree/shrub care, etc.) by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
