Maid Brigade of NW Houston is hiring an Inside Sales & Client Conversion Specialist. You will own our inbound pipeline, turning warm leads into recurring client relationships, with a focus on rapid follow-up and meeting conversion targets.

This is a phone-driven role where trust and persistence matter, and where growth comes from strong performance and data-driven decisions. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone sales, inside sales, or customer service with measurable results.
• Warm, confident phone presence for home/client introductions.
• Comfort with CRM, texting platforms, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads by phone/text and close deals.
• Own the follow-up to convert one-time cleans into recurring accounts.
• Track daily metrics: leads, bookings, and conversion rates.
