Job summary

Maid Brigade of NW Houston is seeking an Inside Sales & Client Conversion Specialist to own our inbound pipeline and convert warm leads into long-term recurring clients.

You’ll work a high-energy, commission-based role with uncapped earnings and growth opportunities as the company grows, in a full-time, in-person setting in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in phone or inside sales with measurable results.
• Comfort with speaking with customers on the phone and via text.
• Familiarity with CRM, texting platforms, and scheduling software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Client Conversion Specialist

$20–$22/hr base + uncapped commission | First-year earning potential: $55,000–$70,000+

The Role

This is a sales job, not a receptionist job. You'll own our inbound pipeline: take warm leads, build trust fast, and convert them from one-time cleans into long-term recurring clients. We don't micromanage. We want someone who loves the phone, is relentless about follow-up, and is driven by their numbers.

What You'll Do

• Convert inbound leads: respond quickly to warm residential and commercial leads by phone and text, listen, and close.
• Own the follow-up: work pending estimates and one-time clients until they become weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly accounts. The fortune is in the follow-up.
• Track your numbers daily: leads received, one-time bookings, and recurring conversion rate. If it isn't tracked, it didn't happen.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in phone sales, inside sales, or customer service, with measurable results you can talk about
• A warm, confident phone presence that puts people at ease about letting someone into their home
• Comfort with CRM, texting platforms, and scheduling software
• Self-drive: you see the gaps, make the calls, and don't need to be pushed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

• Base pay of $20–$22/hr, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on every booking, with the biggest payouts for recurring accounts
• Retention bonuses for accounts that stay with us
• Your role and earnings grow as we grow
