Job summary

Site is seeking a results-driven Telemarketing & Inside Sales Representative to generate and convert sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities. The role requires fluent English and Spanish and focuses on turning prospects into qualified opportunities, quotes, and new customers.

You will manage inbound leads from digital campaigns and website inquiries while proactively generating opportunities through cold calls and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• CRM or lead management experience and basic Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with new inbound leads quickly.
• Make outbound sales calls to cold and warm prospects.
• Work cold databases and assigned prospect lists.
• Reactivate previous leads, inactive opportunities, and pending quotes.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, location, property type, service needs, and purchase intent.
• Present services and communicate benefits and value.
• Handle sales objections related to price, timing, service frequency, and competitors.
• Follow up consistently with prospects who do not convert on first contact.
• Convert qualified prospects into quotes, appointments, service bookings, and new customers.
• Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and meet revenue goals.
