Responsibilities

• Sell and service customers, providing pricing and product application information.
• Take phone/fax orders; provide delivery information.
• Prepare quotes and follow up as required in a timely fashion.
• Support Outside Sales staff; provide feedback on large quotes.
• Input all orders into the sales order entry system promptly.
• Schedule orders to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain day-to-day customer relations and service duties.
• Keep catalogs and price lists current; inform customers of promotions.
