Professional Contractor Supply is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for the Las Vegas market. The role focuses on supporting the Outside Sales team, processing daily orders from existing accounts, and coordinating with Purchasing for forecasts and spikes in sales.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive problem solving and negotiation abilities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service customers, provide pricing and product application info.
• Handle phone/fax orders and provide delivery information.
• Prepare quotes and follow up as needed to close orders.
• Support Outside Sales staff with timely feedback on quotes and orders.
• Enter orders into the system promptly and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain customer relationships and meet open order deadlines (30 days).
• Update catalogs and price lists; inform customers of promotions and pricing.
• Collaborate with advertising to grow product sales and introduce new lines.
