Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Willingness to travel locally and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective, active, and inactive client accounts.
• Conduct cold calls, prospecting calls, client visits, and follow-up activities to generate new business.
• Schedule and conduct outside sales visits with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Learn and understand client staffing needs and recommend appropriate workforce solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals as needed.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process to drive successful account acquisition.
