Job summary

BBB Akron is seeking two full-time inside sales representatives to join our Akron office. You will contact local qualified businesses by phone and invite them to become BBB Accredited, working in a team-driven environment with a strong emphasis on integrity and results.

Essential requirements include being self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable delivering presentations over the phone. We offer comprehensive training, bonuses, and health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic & dependable.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and strong research skills.
• Commission-driven to maximize your salary (uncapped).
• Ability to be on the phone all day delivering presentations in a pleasant and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Making 80-100 new sales calls per day to businesses.
• Discuss with businesses how BBB Accreditation can help them build a stronger marketplace.
• Attend monthly networking events.
• Prescreening and verifying/updating business information in BBB database.
• Recruiting qualified businesses to apply for accreditation by phone or online.
• Using an ethical, strong and assumptive selling approach.
• Some lead generation.
