BARR Credit Services, a Caine & Weiner Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its commercial collections team. The role blends sales skills with collection services, offering a competitive base salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities in a collaborative office setting.

You will engage potential clients, present services effectively, and grow the business through relationship building and negotiation.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present BARR Credit Services' offerings with professionalism and confidence.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
