Job summary

Carter Lumber Company in Ohio seeks an energetic Inside Sales Rep who will be the store’s face for customers, providing product information, advice on project needs, and accurate estimates while handling transactions.

You will follow up on online quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Reps, and assist in inventory control by cycle counts and resolving overages or shortages. Salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product information and recommendations.

• Support Outside Sales Reps and assist in inventory control (cycle counts, resolve discrepancies).
