Qualifications

• One year of work experience in sales.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication with a confident phone presence.
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; track follow-ups in CRM.
• Driven by goals with a 'no excuses' mindset.
• Comfortable making 50-100+ outbound calls per day.
• Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback.
• Self-motivated to work independently or in a team.
• Tech-savvy; adapt quickly to CRM and dialer systems.
• Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Track sales cycle progress monthly and quarterly to meet customer acquisition goals.
• Use CRM to maintain a database of leads and customers.
• Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and ensure client needs are met.
• Follow up after initial purchase to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with inbound leads and make outbound calls.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for agents.
• Keep notes organized in CRM.
• Hit daily and weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments).
• Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads moving.
