Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Center Agent in Orlando to engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule in-home sales appointments across multiple markets. You will convert calls and inquiries into scheduled visits for our elite sales consultants.

The position offers a High School diploma requirement, 1+ year sales/customer service experience, and a base salary with performance bonus, paid weekly, with comprehensive training in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Sales & Marketing Experience required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service & professional phone etiquette experience.
• Familiarity with using dual computer screens and typing at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction accurately.
• Qualify incoming leads and generate interest in products and services.
