Job summary

AKA Search Group is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for their real estate investment client in Orlando. You will handle incoming leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Acquisitions Sales Team while maintaining CRM records and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive, goal-driven attitude. No real estate experience required, with hands-on sales and real estate training provided.

• Minimum of 5+ years in sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen inbound calls based on customer motivation level and property details to schedule in-person appointments.
• Live answer all inbound seller leads during normal office hours.
• Quick decision-making in response to changing conditions when speaking directly with potential customers.
• Set appointments for Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation and equity.
• Conduct follow up rapport building through outbound calling, texting, and emailing with a focus on engagement and commitment.
• Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in CRM.
