Job summary

Raymond Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers with product guidance, quotes, and order processing. This role emphasizes responsive communication and accurate documentation across multiple sites in southwest Florida.

The position involves coordinating deliveries, maintaining stock, handling credits and returns, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in building material industry with basic knowledge of product and application required.
• 1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales and obtain orders.
• Enter work orders, returns, credits and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and pricing specifications.
• Manage project schedules by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on sales floor and stockroom.
• Research credits, returns and late payments as needed.
• Handle back orders, resolve billing issues and close data.
• Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.
