Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, seeks a customer service and sales support professional to join its Myrtle Beach team. You will handle price quotes, orders, returns, and inquiries, coordinating with operations and Outside Sales to ensure accurate, timely service.

The ideal candidate has frontline customer service and sales experience; construction/building materials knowledge is a plus. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience in construction/building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product info, and billing inquiries.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies.
