Job summary

Snavely Forest Products in North Carolina is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Support to bridge our outside sales team and customers. The position is onsite and focused on communicating product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately.

You will support daily sales operations, build strong relationships, and handle quotes and customer service issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ inside sales, customer service, or marketing experience.
• Industry experience preferred in building materials or distribution.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily sales operations of a building materials distribution center.
• Build solid relationships with customers and co-workers based on trust and competence.
• Handle detailed work quickly and accurately; support a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Utilize the DMSi Agility software for order and purchasing entry and customer information.
• Follow established guidelines and policies while supporting customers and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer pricing records and perform accurate order entry.
• Follow up on quotes and promptly handle customer service claims.
