Job summary

ABC Imaging is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our Annandale, VA team. The ideal candidate will build relationships, assist customers with product information, and support the sales team in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, retail sales, or inside sales preferred.
• Experience in printing industry preferred but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with product information and order placement.

Skills
