Job summary

QXO in Michigan seeks a front-line customer service and sales associate to handle quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries, while coordinating deliveries and supporting the Outside Sales team.

Candidates should have prior customer service and sales experience, be computer-proficient, and able to learn extensive product information. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus, with strong communication for customers, vendors and management.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Industry experience in construction/building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members and management.
• Eagerness to learn and retain product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
