Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Chicago to handle orders and inquiries from national retail partners. You will use EDI to process orders and invoices, build strong relationships with distributors and corporate buyers, and support sales growth across assigned accounts.

The role focuses on collaboration with store contacts, data-driven strategy, and meeting performance targets while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years related experience.
• Experience handling retail partner orders and inquiries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from national chain retail partners to manage inquiries and order processing.
• Foster collaboration with corporate and store contacts to drive growth and sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with distributor personnel, corporate buyers, and suppliers to meet customer needs.
• Utilize EDI systems for processing orders, invoices, and payments for inside sales support.
• Monitor performance metrics and sales activities to track progress against objectives.
• Leverage data and insights to influence sales strategies and growth within assigned accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
