Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive store-level execution and expand distribution. The role requires regular visits to accounts, coordinating promotions, and ensuring product freshness and compliant aging and quality control on inventory.

You will manage promotions, pricing communication, and shelf presence, while maintaining accurate inventories and meeting monthly objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years in related field.
• Must be at least 21 years old or meet state age requirements.
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and grow new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions.
• Ensure QC compliance and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and product issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact for freshness.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
