Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive growth within assigned accounts in Illinois. The role involves executing promotions, communicating pricing, and coordinating point-of-sale materials to maximize shelf impact.

The successful candidate will conduct regular store visits, ensure product quality and rotating stock, and maintain accurate inventories. A valid driver license and ability to lift up to 175 lbs (for keg handling) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years related experience.
• High School Diploma with 4-5+ years specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes meeting monthly objectives.
• Accomplish timely execution of sales plans and promotions at retail.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize stockouts.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
