Job summary

Green Light Distribution is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment in Coppell, TX. The role focuses on expanding active buying accounts through outbound calls, managing existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities.

You will work with retail buyers and decision makers, upsell products, reactivate dormant accounts, and strive to meet weekly, monthly, and annual targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, outside sales, account management, customer service, or B2B sales.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls and meeting sales goals.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and building long-term relationships.
• Experience in beverage distribution, CPG, hospitality, or retail preferred.
• Experience selling to liquor stores, restaurants, bars, or retail accounts a plus.
• Experience with order entry, CRM systems, or sales management software.
• Ability to upsell, cross-sell, reactivate accounts, and grow revenue.
• Experience in quota-driven, commission-based, or performance-based environments.
• Background screening and must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of retail accounts through outbound and inbound calls.
• Proactively contact customers to generate orders and achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships with retail buyers, owners, managers, and purchasers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through new products and placements.
• Introduce customers to new brands, products, and promotions.
• Recommend products based on customer business and purchasing history.
• Reactivate inactive or declining accounts with targeted outreach.
• Maintain a consistent call schedule and high-quality account coverage.
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, volume, and activity targets.
